Charles Darwin is an eminent biologist. During a long five-year voyage from England to South America, he collected new trees, animals and fossils from different parts of South America. He analyzed all the information he had gathered and revealed the theory of evolution.In it he pointed out that today’s human beings have evolved from very delicate organisms and evolution has evolved through natural selection. It was contrary to popular belief. In almost every religion it is written that the universal God created man.So there was a lot of opposition and criticism of Darwin’s theory. But his theory was so informative and factual that in the end it became acceptable in society.
