In the year 1979 and 1984, I trekked to Gomukh and Tapoban. During the last 25 years, the Himalayas have undergone many changes. There is no Shimla Baba of that time in Tapoban or Red Baba in the feast. After Shimla Baba, Tapobani Mataji did not come to Dharali after nine years of asceticism. Gomukh is probably half a kilometer away. The Gomukh-Tapoban area has been declared a Gangotri National Reserve. Government permission is required for the Gomukh journey. So in my adulthood, I no longer had the desire to travel to Gomukh Tapoban. That year, however, I could not ignore Panny Snigdha’s request for a Gomukh philosophy, so I had the opportunity to embrace the changes that have taken place in the Gangotri Gomukh region every two years. This colorful and exciting experience of mine has complemented the second chapter of the book. Thank you for your inspiration.

A feature of the book on the Himalayas is the associated photography. Photographers provide the reader with a realistic picture of the scene and the events described in the book. Therefore, the selection of images requires a combination of art and realism. The co-operation of Dilip Padhi and Rajni Shri Padhi, a friend of Panny, has maintained this harmony. It would have been very difficult for him to choose from the many photographs I had of the book-related photographs without his help. Dilip Babu has benefited me by drawing the cover with the parts of this book. Professor Laxminarayan Panigrahi Sadhurya has repeatedly corrected the manuscript. This amendment is not only difficult; Also annoying. My Compassionate Doctor Satya Ranjan Padhi has finalized the manuscript and given many positive suggestions, which have contributed to the physical and spiritual development of the book.
